Shipping and Handling:
Very simply, shipping rates are calculated on the total price of the products you order. The charge is 20% over the total cost of your purchase. There is also a $3.00 handling charge for all orders. Since we are a major UPS shipper, we can smooth the many adjustments for address corrections, rural surcharges, insurance, fuel surcharges etc.

Order Processing:
All in-stock orders are processed within 2 business days of order receipt. You will be advised via email of any backordered products.

Shipments:
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground, insured, or equivalent. All items are over packed in clean cardboard. Shipping status and tracking information will be emailed to all clients providing an email address. You may also check your order status through the “Track Your Order” section of this site.

Express Shipments:
UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Standard to Canada are available upon request. Orders must be received by 12:00 EST to ship the same day. Actual freight costs will be applied.

International Orders:
Are not currently permitted.
