Here's the thing. We know not everything's going to go right with every shipment of product to you. So, here's our policy in how we'll handle any problems...that is, if you HAVE any problems.
Cancellations:
You'll have 24 hours to notify us by e-mail, telephone, or fax to cancel your order. After 24 hours, your order will be treated as a return. E-mail us at jzonker@jazon.us, call us at 517-581-5908, or fax us at 517-905-5915.
Returns:
Only product in new condition and in original decorative packaging will be accepted for credit or exchange. All returns must be pre-authorized. Customer pays 2-way freight (out and back) and up to a 15% restocking fee.
Defective Product:
Will be replaced within 15 days of sale. Contact us to arrange shipment. We will issue a call-tag for return of defective merchandise or you may return another method at your expense. Replacements will not be issued until defective unit is returned. We will ship your replacement at no additional cost.
Damaged Product:
Will be replaced as soon as shipping claim is resolved. Contact us to initiate damage claim. We will ship replacement at no additional cost.
Warranty:
Manufacturer’s warranties apply on all products.
